These terms govern your use of Monetio. They are short on purpose.
The service
Monetio reads trading reports and signal histories and returns an automated assessment of them. Monetio is analytics software, not investment advice. Past performance does not predict future results.
No warranty
A verdict describes the trades in the file and nothing else. It can be wrong, a file can be incomplete or altered, and past results do not predict future ones. You decide what to do with a verdict, and we are not liable for trading losses or for decisions made with it.
Your files
You need the right to use the files you open. They are analyzed in your browser; a report you choose to save is kept in your account until you delete it.
Plans
The free tier analyzes the first 1,000 trades of any file. Plus and Pro are monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices are on the pricing page.
Payment and cancellation
Paid plans are sold through a reseller that acts as merchant of record. It takes the payment, charges the tax of your country and sends the invoice. Its name is shown at checkout and on the invoice, and its terms of sale apply to the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and part of a period is not refunded.
Refunds
Within 14 days of a payment you get a full refund if you have not used any paid feature since that payment.
If something does not work and we cannot fix it, we refund you. Write to hello@monetio.ai.
At checkout you ask us to start at once. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your right of withdrawal then covers only the part of the period not used yet.
Acceptable use
Do not attack or overload the service, try to get into other accounts, or use a verdict to misrepresent a third party.
